I was born in New York City and grew up in the Dominican Republic as a teen. I love to read, lift weights, and have a profound love for science, medicine, and research. I am also tremendously passionate about mentorship, outreach, and just helping others make their dreams come true.

I come from extremely humble beginnings. I appreciate all that I have in life and realize that I am tremendously blessed. Gratitude is my attitude, and it is my lifelong goal to pay these blessings forward. My goal is to inspire others to believe in themselves and to never give up, despite their background and/or past mistakes. I also want to inspire the younger generation who come from a similar background to use higher education as a vehicle to transcend their circumstances.

I wholeheartedly hope to use this and my other social media platforms to connect with others who share my vision. More importantly, I hope to connect with other students and inspire them to dream big and never give up!
